DB Shuts off after logging in.

Hello. Old DB user just renewed and tried to install.
Please help me out I just purchased and would love to get this going.

I log in with my keys, the bot itself opens for about 2 seconds, and then crashes/shuts off without giving me any kind of error.

After this, if I restart, I get the Max Session error. I then have to kill the session on Buddy Auth.

And this process repeats itself.
I didn't mess with any profiles or plugins. Simply downloaded the newest DB and installed and ran the EXE.

Installation directory is

C:\
Windows 10 64bit
Demonbuddy 1.1.3100.476

Hi. I removed all of them and tried installing with BuddyWizard but I get the following error:
Please see attached

Looks like the Wizard is not able to install them. It's been stuck like that. (The green bar is constantly moving)
Also see the windows explorer picture. vc2015x64.exe and vc2015x86.exe are still at 0 KB.

Somehow it's not able to download/write to my C:\ or something?
