Was there a patch?

So i keep having this problem on and on , i have done what people say by installing a new trinity in it by doing it directly in the folder

I also did a fresh install off demonbuddy deleted it in config panel and everything and replaced trinity again

but all of this ends to the same message

"Was there a patch?"

i didn't insert it cause it doesn't say much...

Problems solved tony ! i just didn't start battlenet whenever i played diablo 3 didn't download the update
