Mouse input lag

When I play the game with the cheat, I feel the crosshair slower, even with a decent amount of fps (60+ all the time), if I am moving my crosshair and close the cheat the crosshair move faster and much more reliable instantly, I already have aero enabled, tried to play with windowed and bordeless, if I change to fullscreen the mouse input lag disappear instantly too, so it's obviously a cheat issue.

The effort put in the cheat is amazing, but I need help with this, can some mod/adm/coder/support help me please? Thank you very much.

Have you tried turning off "lock FPS" and changing "render scale" to 100%?
