I had just returned playing and never ever being banned, well that changed today. I bought patron today and I was banned In game by a GM.

Should I try to appeal it, how do I go about that?

I've had these botting accounts for over a year, and I have never ever gotten caught. I think there might be some way there detecting us

I was botting 2 toons and they both got banned.

if you're returning then yes, they have improved security and you should have taken a look around the forum before botting. I don't know what you can do now, appealing desperately is always a nice first step.
