Assembly binding logging is turned OFF. Error

After recent windows 10 update(KB3139907 and KB3140743 ) I ran into the following error

WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.
To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1.
Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging.
To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].

I have tried to follow the error log but I didn't find any Fusion!EnableLog] in regedit

Any solution for this kind of problem

Ok, so the solution was way more easier, I have just redownloaded the latest version of DB (465) and it all worked..

Should have tried that from the beginning but it was a late hour and I didn't feel like messing with it, so went straight to forums, I'm sorry.
