There are no recipes for Kanai's Cube. You can do everything the cube is able to do as soon as you get it granted you have all of the crafting materials and the item required for it. Just click the button next to transmute to see what is required.

If you think there is a recipe to build Kanai's Cube then you are mistaken. You have to go into act 3 bounties into the Ruins of Sescheron. Just explore and you will eventually find it.
