Is there a video tutorial for updating Adventurer?

Hey there, i am a little computer challenged and I can not figure out for the life of me how to update my Adventurer to 1.3.1.131 is there any other tutorial on how to do it besides the recommended one?

open your plugins folder in demonbuddy, delete adventurer. download the new one, extract it to the demon buddy folder.

Extract it to Demonbuddy folder, not plugins folder.
