Do a fresh install. Your current log is showing no plugins loading at all, just compile errors.
You are also using DB .427 which while it is the official release, the latest version of Trinity 2.13.19 requires the latest DB Beta .535

After installing DB and before starting it for the first time, i would suggest going into DB > Plugins and deleting everything there. (i believe its Quest Tools, Trinity, and Adventurer that come prepacked).
Then grab the latest versions of those plugins here:

Make sure you install Adventurer into the DB folder, not the plugins folder (it unpacks to both Profiles and Plugin). Trinity and Quest Tools can be extracted to the Plugins folder.
Again, make sure to always fresh install. Things can go wrong when just upgrading certain pieces in DB and its way more of a headache to track those things down than it is to just take the extra 2 minutes and fresh install.
