to make it short if you dont want read the information:
Path of Exile Client is patched. new offsets mean Exilebuddy have to change some think get recompiled and will be uploaded soon. thats why the client error shows up. just wait for update from exilebuddy and you'll be okay!

No it doesn't. It still remains to pop up the message of "This client version is unsupported." even after the auto-update.

Are you using the beta or the release? because the beta doesn't work. lol. Your build should be this :
if it's not, DL it HERE and try again

I've tried everything
Delete your patchtrack.dat file, try again
0.1.3120.116 Non-BETA
Tried deleting PatchTrack.dat, still remains an unsupported client pop up.
Edit: Also tried a complete fresh download, which didn't work either.
Then it's a mystery, wait for pushedx to enlighten your day.
