Session Limit Issue

The same error is comming up on my Gatherbuddy too.
Yesterday i must click 90x on login to login Gatherbuddy.
When i start Honorbuddy he dont write any running seasons every slot is free... 0 / 3
but gatherbuddy want to tell me that my seasons are fully used. I changed my password
but this dosent help anything..,
So please dont tell me u need a logfile because this is a serverside problem...

Hmm... Config tells nothing...

this really fucked me up---

since a few days / weeks and months gatherbuddy still under ddos and dosent work correctly -_-
I paid for a lifetime gather / hb and it dosent work. No working profiles anymore NOTHING
fort what i paid ? did u tink i wrote my own profiles for a bot who dosent work and where u
change every 2 days the strings so i have to rewrite the hohle profile cO ? not really...

i have the same issue. i have gb life time and it says session limit

I'm able to log in and out of sessions just fine ;) Wass wrong with the auth?
 
hb yes gb no for me. just started been logging in and out most of the day.
 
I have good news and bad news. The good news is we know where the problem is. The bad news is that we can't get in contact with either of the database admins (one is asleep and the other isn't at his computer). Soon as we can get one of them to take a look we should be good to go, but it may not be for a few hours.
 
Session Limit here as well... 2 days since I used the bot and can't even log into the auth page.

I surely hope no one hacked your servers and got their dirty hands on our GB/HB account info

Nah, some changes were made to the database a few days ago and it stemmed from that. I don't know more about it as I'm not a DBA.
 
Lol...just logged out 2 of my GB accounts after hearthing and moving them to new zones. Now they won't restart due to the Session Limit error. Should have read here first. On the plus side my HB is still logged in and going strong. : ) Glad to hear there dealing with the issue and will be keeping watch to see when it all comes back online.
 
so they are load balanced...i consider my self a pretty good dba....delete * from *
 
fortunately i havent log out and 4 bots running. but in ~ 30 minutes the wow servers get a restart... noooo -.- ^^
