Seems like they are able to recognise Hearthbuddy too :(

Yeah give us more information, eu/na, how often did you use it and how did you bot?
 
I think the main problem is friend list, just bot without friends like in every other Buddy bot system, friends are your main cause of ban.
 
got banned too

no friendlist

30wins a day for 7 Days

and i guess it's a perma-ban

knew the risks .. so no big deal ... guess i just have to make the boring ..all chars to lvl10again and give it Another try .. still 3593days of buddy to use

Nope. I am 100% positive no targeting caused all the bans. If someone send a video of you hitting without the line you are done.
 
Notice this: "If you believe that you’ve encountered a possible bot or other form of exploitation, please let us know by emailing our hacks team at [email protected]."

They are relying on player reports.
 
Hearthbuddy just needs to add the targetting like 'kaime' said, if this is possible at least, because this would be the only visual tell there is to botting I suppose..

Hy Tony!
Is there any estimate for the next release? I just got banned (using Hearthbuddy only), so I don`t know if it makes sense to continue botting anymore...

I don`t know if we get caught because of user reports (solved by targeting) or if Blizzard really has a way to identify Hearthbuddy client/server-side (like they did with Hearthcrawler I guess) :confused:
