This thread is as stupid as I've seen on these boards...
Why are you asking us any of these stupid questions? ASK BLILZZARD!
You've been told time and time again to contact Blizzard, which it seems, you haven't done. You could've avoided all of this my simply contacting them first.
And you don't seem very bright...You said on the first page that you were going to contact a lawyer about this matter, but then you said that noone in Germany sues for this kind of thing. Why would you contact a lawyer if you have no intent on suing Blizzard?
He never played the game he payed for and he now is excluded from that game. Therefore he can demand a refund since he couldnt break any ToS of that game since it wasnt even released.
I would demand a refund... definatly
Doubt it, digitally prepurchasing something UPGRADES your account to be able to access future content. They don't have to refund you. Also why would you preorder something and then bot? Why wouldn't you just buy it when it comes out?...
The game he was playing was WoW and he paid to upgrade his account LOL why are people so weird about this? You WON'T be refunded.
i would ask them for the written proof that you were bottingWell, technically they shouldn't be able to, but I believe there's a time limit on getting your money back. With the pre-orders coming out so long ago, and it now being so close to WoD launching, I think you may have exceeded your time limit on getting a refund. That's generally how things go, at least where I live.
