Unable to copy old settings into latest version .71

So today when the popup told me there was a new version, it didn't say to download a clean copy so I just tried the upgrade process. It finished, I booted it up and where it normally defaulted to my main character, it just said "Default" and the drop-down was empty. I left that and hit ok and all the settings were back to the default. None of my item filters were in place, etc...

I checked the settings folder and everything was there as it always was.

So then I backed up my folder and installed it from scratch, then copied in just the settings folder. Same problems.

Did you totally change how settings are stored and forget to mention it or am I missing a vital post somewhere?

When was the last time you used the bot? I'm frequently closing and opening the bot, Haven't seen an update today at all.

Friday at the latest. I wonder if I accidentally ran an older archived version or something. I'll check tomorrow.

edit: yeah whoops I was running the release version instead of the beta which I've been using. I was so sleep-deprived that I am not surprised. You can delete this thread.

Well I can help with the sleep deprived issue, get more sleep, I suggest a good 8 hours will put your engines back on track.
