Town Wait

Not sure if I am just not seeing it anymore, but I though I remember random town waits in previous beta. Using full release now. Has this been removed, or just not pushed to release?

This functionality does not exist anymore, but the new setup is such in a way where users can add in their own system of town waits through a plugin.

I can put adding an example of this on the todo list to include with an upcoming Beta version. The idea is just to add a task before TravelToGrindZoneTask that contains the logic for doing your town wait. It would only execute when you were in town.
