Personally.. I will not bot before we have some more information regarding this warden update ( the first in 3 years according to the new announcement ).

Well.. Guess it's time to play 100% manual!

Probably. If I do end up getting some sort of ban that's when I'll call it quits.

:( I go back to school in 30 days so I'll probably be botting even though im scarred... really scared. There is definitely a ban wave brewing I just know it, I got that feeling. Very very eerie feeling going on.

Normally id say yes but after being cocky and getting hit in the pqr wave, then losing a pretty decent account my answer is no. Even though its mega tempting, i'd rather just unsub and come back in the wod pre-patch.

Still bot, If I get banned I get banned, you don't bot to lay in your bed all night wondering "is my account gonna get banned" nah If you get banned you get banned, buy a new account I'm sure you've made just around that amount anyway, the ones who fear bans are the ones who receive them, because of there paranoia.

I will be continuing to bot. I got plenty of cd keys to burn through.

I will definately be botting :) Hope Bossland will be gathering info from those botting to help see what they are actually tracking!

This is funny considering I just bought WoD yesterday, if a ban wave does hit my account I'm a bit screwed lol.

I'm only using it for a manual play combat routine not pure botting and I think the update only concern pure botting so I will use it even if I'm scared

There's always risk when botting, and now it's just higher. I have a few battlechests running out of time, so if the 30 days to figure it out will stand then I'll kamikaze bot till they get banned or my time runs out. I'm sitting on an EU free trial account right now and I'll be leveling it to 20 just to test the waters.

this , me too iam not botting for gold just for raids and pvp

Well I have to - just can't stop raiding for 30 days. Actually I don't know shit anyway?
Devs just said update is fucked up, risky and shit very helpful insight for people to who have
to decide. However If I get fucked up then I take it as a sign from the great god to stop WoW
shit just eats money and life.

gonna stop for at least a week and watch the ban reports forum closely - if reports go up i gonna wait even longer

No. I'm definitely stopping with botting until the moderators confirmed it's relatively safe to bot again.

I just bought a subscription for the first time yesterday before all of this happened... so I really don't know what to do. The only reason I want to use the bot right now is for combat for raiding. But I don't know if doing just that is very risky or not.

i'll try...just had times where my accounts just lived for some days of botting...my machine can handle 20 bots in virtual machines, so even if they run for 3 days of gold farming its still 80€ profit.

I've been here for banwaves before, and I'll still be here after more banwaves pass. It's just what we do. Now, with the 1-90 magic, it's like who gives a shit. I'll buy a new 90 tomorrow lol

Besides, the servers arent up yet, we might all login and get an insta ban lol >.<

The worst thing for me is... I have bought 5 trial HB accounts just for 3 days. All for 1 eur. Now I finally decided after sporadic years of using HB just to lazily farm Honor to gear my toons for PvP. I figured after a few years, well I might as well get a lifetime subscription because the full bot could be really helpful and make me lots of gold in game and basically make my life easier and the game more fun. 4 days later, this crap happens. Just my typical luck. I bet Blizz has done something so sneaky that it's going to basically pose a huge threat to botting. I mean this has gone on for years and there has just been a huge rise in the number of botters. Take the 512,000 purge last January. I'd say that accounts are going to go left-and-right from now on.

I'm pretty sad. I put down €25 to support the bot and make tons of cash and have fun. Now it seems for a solid month I can't use it safely, perhaps never ever again. Okay, sure it was never 'safe' but it will never be 'as safe' in the future.. I guess you could say it's a given, but I didn't realise a huge change like this (since 3 years) could come just days after I buy a lifetime membership.
