Demonbuddy Crashing After Update

Hello. I have been having an issue with my Demonbuddy crashing almost like clock work ever since the new update. Any profile I load will work PERFECTLY, and then will cause Demonbuddy to start crashing giving a "program not responding. please close program" error. I have completely reinstalling both Demonbuddy and Diablo 3. Even tried using a friend that has a working Demonbuddy profile load through my Demonbuddy with no help.Please help.

I have exactly same problem. It runs almost like 10 min or so, sometimes even less than 5mins then, it will say " program not responding". It is very frustrating. It is DB beta 410
 
have you tried using a fresh install with updated profiles and plugins. also turn off un-necessary plug-ins some you do not use all the time, like quest tools and ez-updater.
 
I have tried a clean install of both Demonbuddy, pugins, and D3 with no luck. Even ran buddywizard after posting this.

I get some errors like that, but when the Demonbuddy becomes "not rresponding" I cannot see any text
 
i am using 1898.362!!! and im having issues. why are u talking beta builds wtf

I have not tried updated profiles. Figured a profile is a profile. Also my friend is using the completely same programs I am with no issue. Copy, and pasted his working Demonbuddy folder onto my computer but my problem persists

Profile is not a profile.
They update them for reasons. different trinity versions often require changes to profiles to work properly. Features implimented in some profiles get intigrated into trinity. the old profile may have redundant or outdated information that cause issues.

Also make sure if you are copy and pasting that you delete the original first or put it in its own new folder. Some files change or are removed with certain updates. its why they always recommend if you are having issues start with fresh new install of everything that's up to current.
 
I was exp the same problem. If you havent already go and update QuestTools & Trinity

After you download the lastest plugins go to your DB folder > Plugins. Remove the QuestTools & Trinity folder that are in there now. I suggest making a new folder and place them in there for now just in case the update doesnt work. Take your newly downloaded QuestTools & Trinity zips & unzip them. When they are extracted you will see QuestTools-2.0.74 & TrinityPlugin-1.9.5 folders. Open those folders and it should just say QuestTools & TrinityPlugin without release numbers. ctrl + c each of those folders & paste them into the Plugins folder. Then run DB and it should be functional again.
 
New Update To My Issue:

Demonbuddy is crashing without even actually running the bot at all. Simply by just being open it sits there for 5-10 minutes then begins "not responding". have tried running as administrator, running Demonbuddy Beta, and adding exceptions to Anti-virus/Firewall.
 
There was a thread about this earlier. You may need to upgrade your Windows .NET framework. Do a thread search for that, I'm too lazy to find the thread for you, but that's your fix.

Not only did updating my Windows.net Framework not fix my issue, but my game crashes instantly now lol
 
I disabled quest tools and it's been working for 15 mins. I don't really understand because I ran the rift profile for 8 hours and paused to clear my inventory and it just started shutting DB down. I went through the forms and seen try to disable quest tools. I'm afraid to do the Microsoft update now lol.
 
Damn. Mine just crashed, friend told me I'm out of game. First time trying to afk for 24+ hours too with it. Sigh.

I deleted my Quest Tools folder and it is still not working

Just got in from being out for 5 hours and it's DB is still doing bounties. I feel your pain though. Kills me to not run during the buff. Hopefully they figure out what it is soon.

my demonbuddy has been down since the patch, and I'm away from home going to/from work 16 hours of my day...THE PAIN!!! lol
