it seems to happen randomly. Sometimes i'll be fine watching for an hour, then ill see it happen for a few minutes and keep happening every other game.
 
Yep, same. I guess I'll increase the Gametimer when i get home.
Currently got it at 3-5 IIRC.
 
Also getting it - have experimented with different delays - doesn't seem to fix.

Looks like we're being "watched" :)

Servers are having issues. Remember that Q of 700+ waiting last week?

I tried setting it higher, 10-25 seems to 'help' but not end it. I guess they will fix it when they can, if they will.

10-30 posts by new user (blizzard is watching us and this is how they are tracking us) really now? come on...

Typically, I'd agree - after abit of searching on the d3 forums - people complaining about disconnect issues, but none with 42002.
And those who are complaining of it - are usually para 500+ with a character setup for ghom farming (maras :x)
 
Hmmmm... Good point... but still. If they wanted us banned, they would ban us.
 
They tend to ban for botting in waves rather than banning accounts individually. Could mean a banwave is inc, could just be a throttling measure they're taking against accounts that are starting a high number of games/hour.
 
IMO throttling. They did it in wow, why not D3? Normal people dont make 75 gph 15 hours a day+
 
I'll just do bounties or rifts for a while instead and see what comes of it.

Yeah - I am hoping its just a throttle. Also realized why GMs would suddenly be willing to share that information and then realized, its not like we can unload anything to mules right?
 
maybe they're giving fair warning for regular people who don't bot for a profit. ladders are coming out soon
 
Well. After getting the error
take a 1-2 hour break
Then set the game creation timer a bit higher
no problems so far

Seemed to have fix it for me.
I think blizz servers are a bit laggy and whenever you try to create the game to quickly you will get this problem and it will repeat itself until you take a break

I was running at 68 GPH without instantleave before. Now Im running around 60 GPH
 
I haven't changed any of my settings and it seems to have stopped. Are any of you still getting this? or did the servers finally get fixed?

trying it again now with a moderate delay - averaging about 54-56~ GPH I'll let you know if it comes up again
 
I'm getting ~85% as much XP/legs doing A1 bounties on T3 as I was doing Ghom on T4 at 60 GPH, so I'm just going to play it safe and do bounties for a while and see what happens.
 
I got mine solved by putting a 3-4min delay every half an hr run. Use YAR or any simple macro. Your gph and lph will be diminished by one tenth. Still better than putting 10+ sec delay and still get the error.
 
Fixed for me, btw this error msg has been in the game since it's release, it's definitely not specifically created for botters.

I'm going to guess whenever the servers are strained a throttle is activated to maintain the servers health.
