Yea, fairly sure there is an issue where it will cast spirit shell and keep casting poh until the actual absorb buff falls off...which is wrong. It never got fixed.

Was the Thok issue ever fixed? Mine still does not stop casting to avoid the interrupt, it also does not dispell at all. I look at the skada meter and it shows 0 dispells for me.
 
Anyone have any advice for 10man heroics generally?

Also having trouble with Immerseus heroic as Mass Dispel doesn't seem to work.

What are people capping spirit at for disc?

I am yet to raid heroic SOO as of yet, will be today, but like you still have a lot of questions as to how to customize a disc priest to maximize this routine. Currently, I am specced, gemmed, and enchanted for an atonement build. After doing some LFR runs, mana does seem to be an issue seemingly because the fights last a long time. In a heroic raiding scenario, my guess would be that since the fights generaly are shorter, coordinated cooldowns, mana regen's, etc are used, an atonement build would be strong to use.

Still testing and looking for advice regarding stat weights, talents / glyphs for each SOO fight, etc.

Try these settings. Even with a fairly low amount of spirit i manage to do fine in raids with a low ilvl. These settings are for atonement, shield and AoE healing. The direct-single-target heals which suck with atonement specs are off.

Turn off auto-dispels. Takes too much mana. Do them manually. It's not that hard. Get the addon "DeCursive".

Default discipline atonement: Spirit > Crit > Haste > Mastery

if you have no mana problems at all go: Spirit > Haste > Crit > Mastery

Glyphs: Holy Fire, Weakened Soul, Prayer of Mending

Talents: Solace and Insanity, Desperate Prayer, Power Infursion, Cascade


Why is there no option to choose Inner Will instead of Inner Fire?

in holy spec it barely uses prayer of mending, although health percent is set to 100 %. this feels just wrong, any workaround?
