How to stop the bot picking up blood shards ?

I got the "pick up blood shards" box disabled in trinity but it still picks em up, what are we to do once he gets to 500 and stops the run... I mean i know what are we to do, but sometimes i am away for more than 12 hours etc...

I guess the best options is to gamble it and used it up after town run.
let's pray for that feature.

Blood Shards are auto-looted when you run over / near them, just like gold, so the bot doesn't necessarily have to "pick them up" for them to end up in your inventory.
