Cant authenticate properly

Bought HB this morning. And trust me, its payed and its marked in the shop as "payed" When Logging into the http (http://hb.buddyauth.com/) says "NOT PAID" and when logging on into the client it gets stuck for like 30 secs, then says
"Could not connect to the authentication server. It may be too busy to process your request. Please wait a few minutes and try again!
Authentication failed."


It cant be a problem with my connection, because when i enter "username asdasdasd and password asdadasd123" on the client , it refused me instantly.. Its ONLY when i enter my right details it refuses me..

Seriously, I had good hopes about Honorbuddy.. But now im starting to get disappointed due to its service and customer support..

I still can't login due to "AUTH BAD" and have been able to log in to forums but not on to HB since new patch. Yes, I'm using right login details and tried a reset.

Your shop login may not be the same as your forum login.

im having the same problem, i can log into hb.authbuddy.com fine and have tried adding as an exception and turning off the firewalls completely

ive paid for a 1 year sub and have the reciept on paypal still, here is my log View attachment 26-10-2010_11_30 Log.txt

please can i get some help with this, ive run a pinged the ip and run a tracert both went through fine

Firstly; make sure you're not running WoW in DX11 mode. (Search for how to turn it off)

Make sure you add an exception to your firewall to allow Honorbuddy to basically do what it needs for TCP/UDP connections (or HTTP if the option is there)
 
This is just to sad that Bossland and he's employees cant assist their own costumers.. :( Something is clearly bugged with the shop, auth or just the entire Database system.. Get it sorted please :(
