Bot stuck when opening the stash

Hi, i bought a 30 day liscence yesterday

when my bot runs its all good, but when it goes to town and open the stash, he just wait there (stash open)
i would like to post my log for you, but i dont know which one to post.
can you specific me the right path to get to the log please ?

Im using :

+++ too.. : when i stop the bot via demonbuddy, it freezes (always) then i have to kill my session via your website, force kill demonbuddy, then start it again.. its annoying

did it to me like twice !

whats the other 2 plugins you are using except Trinity and Questools?

Unidlegend and questtool and trinity but questtool is not checked !

Questools must be checked if you are on rrrix's profile

there is Buddy monitor too, but it's unchecked


Uniddealer is checked
Trinity is checked
quest Tools is checked

I'm having exactly the same problem. Using the same plugins aswell.
