[BETA] Xiaolin

HB cancast is currently bugged. You guys have to wait for the next hb update :(

it is fixed .

and its works fine when you take a look in my log. he have another problem not the CR
the last 2 nights i did with this CR a lot of raids no problems and HB run very nice too .

Fixed routine, should now work. Bypassed the CanCast issue for now thanks to Storm and Singular for their help :)

Xiaolin is now version 1.2 (close to release)

Fixed up Windwalker (no more double blackout kick etc)

Small question...seems to cast RJW even on single target. Is that correct?
 
Windwalker Changes ->

Added a setting to enable / disable Rushing Jade Wind. Default is off
