Honorbuddy freezes/crashes/wow error 132/asks to close program

I have been experiencing recently some problem. Before the recent update. my HB would randomly cause wow error 132. But i haven't gotten one since the update yet. I have however since i have been using HB gotten these errors:

HB UI still works fine but after while it freezes to where i can't click on any buttons or bring it to the front window over wow. It still runs and does everything HB is suppose to do. Normally i just ctrl alt delete and close the program and then kill my session and start over.

The other problem i have just happened again as i type this. I get an honorbuddy stopped working message from windows asking me to check online for a solution or close the program. This causes it to stop working. This is the only time i have actually witnessed it as i run this bot while watching tv or cleaning the yard and such. I run mixed mode dungeon buddy and questing for pangea's profile. as soon as the bot took the dungeon invite (i only noticed becuase i got the wow loading screen out of the corner of my eye) i noticed my bot gave that message about closing it.

another issue yesterday while watching it i noticed the bot just compeltely shut itself down and wow.

yesterday i did a complete reinstall on HB because the one i was using took the recent update but gives me an error everytime i load it. it says initialization of honorbuddy.mainwindow threw an exception, please tell bossland gmbh about it and i can't ever send the report because it is always busy. To fix this issue i deleted all the 64 items and loaded all the 86 items. updated windows. did a restart and nothing fixed it. This is what lead to me reinstalling from the zip file honorbuddy with the new update as well. This new honorbuddy is the only time i have gotten the previous message about asking to close before and also the random wow/HB closing by itself. USually i only get the freezing issue and the wow error 132s.

On a side note honorbuddy does keep keep me a ui message about not being able to save because of an open map or something like that.

File 9912 with 11/23/2013 date is the one i just witnessed asking me to close.
I will load all the logs from the new update honorbuddy and once i search threw the old ones i will upload them. I looked through these for anything but i don't know what im looking at to be honest. THanks for any support you can offer me.

Obviously a lot of things are broken and you need to install it from scratch.

First, delete all HB installations on your PC.

Releases

Goto the "Requirements" paragraph in the first posting in the [Release] thread and install all 3 links (mandatory!).
After that, reboot your PC and make a clean installation of HB from the ZIP (not the installer!) into an new and clean folder.
Do not copy&paste any old/outdated profiles/routines/bots into the new installation, and do not use the Updater if asked for an update (it's buggy).
Always make a fresh installation from the ZIP for each new version.

Delete all files ending with -64 in your WoW folder. This forces WoW.exe to start in 32-bit mode (what we need).

If you still have problems, post them here together with an actual log file.

make a new Hb installation from scratch

disable any wow addons while using Hb and clear your wow cache
 
ok to corleone. as i stated earlier. i did all of that and fresh installed yesterday.

to tony. did that as well.

anything else?
 
Now post a new log, or is everything working now?
 
no still isn't working. i did all that yesterday and the logs i posted are the ones from it.

Too many users are experiencing issues. Been a customer 3 years..and the response is always blame the user first...

remember when the Auth servers were broken for a month...u blamed me for 2 days
 
Why don't you make a fresh install today from the ZIP, as suggested?
As I wrote, your old "yesterday" installation is obviously totally messed up.

File 9912 with 11/23/2013 date is the one i just witnessed asking me to close.
No one knows, what "file 9912" is.
It's the best hint to a failed installation, because it doesn't exist in a working one.

This because your two C++ vcredist installations and your .NET 4.0 have failed.

Believe me, we don't want to annoy you with this... we're trying to help.
 
Ok i did everything you two asked me again. fresh install included. Now ill run the bot for a while and see what happens.

"Error trying to save the settings file: The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open" this is one error i don't understand.
 
Ok i did redo everything asked. Also i had to delete all my addons. No big deal. It finally works now without any errors other than the "Error trying to save the settings file: The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open." you can close this thread.
 
Ok nevermind. I just got the message the bot has stopped responding. with the two options to close or find solution online. Log is attached.

There are so many errors....

a) clear your meshes folder here: C:\Users\yo\AppData\Local\HonorbuddyMeshes\
b) clear your HB\Cache folder
c) your pangea profile throws lots of different XML errors and is unusable (update or delete it).
d) check your connectivity

e) mixed mode is AFAIK not working properly at the moment.

Maybe I've overlooked something, but that are the most obvious hang-ups.... *phewww* ^^
 
make a new Hb installation from scratch and place it on desktop (there is no reason to rename Hb exe btw)

also add and exception in your firewall and your antivirus for Hb
 
ok i will do all of that corleone. what is wrong with mixed mode? it was working find for me up until the latest update and i feel it still works now. Also i update pangea daily as it is SVN. Does that mean i have to get rid of it?

I have to do yet another fresh installation? that makes four in 2 days or 3. can't remember now.

Also i just got auth session failed bot stopped error. file loaded.

your not suppose to run questing with mixed mode. ether do questing or do dungeons and battlegrounds, not both.
