Cant figure how to install Trinity properly

Hello, I am blocked on step 3 of http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...-how-attach-your-hb-db-log-file-pictures.html .
No image load up for me at that step so it is hard for a computer noob like me to understand what to do at that point. Could anyone baby step me please?

It's telling you to add the Log file as an Attachment to your Post, you can do that by using the "Attachments" Part in the "Go Advanced" Reply to a post, or the full editor of the post


Click the "Manage Attachments"

Now click the "Add Files", Then click Select Files, Then find the Log file, then "Upload files", once it's uploaded click the option "Insert Line" And done!
