There isnt much in the settings that you can mess up. Make sure it uses CDs (which it does) and chech your Soul Reaper %.
ilvl is by far not an indicator of how much DPS your toon can do.

Everything on the stats is correct, 3800 haste 40k attack power, and im using a 522 2h upgraded so its 530. everytime I try to get into a good raid...I keep getting told that I should be around 120-140k dps (and yes my trinks are kinda crappy cause when I do get a raid....none drop)

Try using the talent Death Siphon ... its great for self healing.

What fights is this on?? I'd suggest using askmrrobot.com for item reforging and gemming. You can edit your own stat weights if need be. I do all my testing on the Raiding Dummy in the Ebon Hold (underneath where you runeforge your weapon). I'm 532 and only pull 115k dps on that dummy as 100% single target. If you put even 1 other target into the equation, it's about 165-170k, which to me is not showing single target potential at all....


@ Admin. Did back to back testing with PR and DV for both Frost 2H and Unholy 2H using ebon hold raiding dummy. 2H Frost with PR did 110k - DV did 115k. 2H Unholy PR did 93k and DV did 112k. This is using a very heavy haste build with my 2H frost (nearly 93% haste with my gear right now). So I think I will be switching to Unholy build that has more Str-Haste focus. Great CR man. A lot better in the GUI than PR due to the fact you can select to turn on / off powered up dots lol
 
What I've been noticing is that is pauses for super long periods. Nothing in the log says why. I'm in range, have all cooldowns and runes and i'm white hitting the target. But then it stops, so I i'll scourge strike or something and MAYBE it will attack for 5-10 seconds, before going back into no attacking mode. On Council, it did less than 20 spell casts in a 3 minute window (from when it cast unholy frenzy).

I can supply a new log for you if you like.

This is on the test dummy boss in SW. Ill look at askmrrobot.com to see what I can change.

After doing the changes suggested by that site...im still only doing about 93-97k dps on dummy bosses. of course that's with no extra buffs other then frost presence and what I can cast on myself. no food or flasks
 
Let your dps go for a long period. All my testing is done until I hit 200million damage done, that way all the trinkets get a verrry good chance of getting their optimum RPPM.
I use Prims rage also, but it's 530. I also use Spark of Zandalari 530. Trust me when I say this, DK's are not the best dps these days lol I am still only doing 115-125k dps (all dependent on uptime of 3 stacks of prims rage), and that's on a single target.
How much haste you got now % wise? I sit on 93% with haste build, and 85% with Str haste build (str haste build gives an extra 2300 strength). As Unholy, I see 5 stacks of prims rage very rarely, but when it does dps spikes to about 350k on dps graph.

Glad to know i'm not the only person with this issue. When I go on a target dummy, everything works well, but as soon as I get on a boss (doesn't matter which one) it just randomly pauses.

Are you 100% sure you have framelock ON? I don't support non-framelock users.

I can't find out what's causing the issues for you guys, It's working perfectly fine on my pc with framelock selected on.

* Please try and disable all your addons and try agian.

With this new build from askmrrobot.com, my haste is now 73% with 38k attack power and 19.4% crit. When I do the dummies my dps ranges from 85k-120k but sustains around 95k most of the time

How many stacks does prims rage sit at mostly?? With only 73% haste as frost, you'll very lucky to see 3 stacks during aoe.... Until you have the haste, I would personally suggest going with the Shado-Pan Assault trinket and upgrade it to 530. 9800str proc is really going to pick your dps up where it needs to be, until you can get Ji'Kuns Fabled Feather (BiS trinket for DK's)

With my current gear setup in frost, I am 80.38% haste - 41848 AP - 18.22% crit and 21.79% mastery. I use Prims rage and Spark of Zandalari. Basically the thing holding you back, is that second trinket of yours. It's not giving you the burst procs that a DK needs lol

Yeah, Framelock set to 60 Ticks. I'll try drop it to 15 ticks and run another LFR now and see what outcome that produces. This is only happening with unholy btw.

On average I only see 1 or 2....on a normal boss fight I might see x3 or x4 once

Hmmmmm 1-2 stacks is ok. but it's ideal to have it up at 3 stacks more so than not.
I see 5 stacks with unholy, but it's rare lol
 
Removed and fixing stuff. Increased Unholy rotation performence, thanks Daxxil.
 
What settings for dot overide?

Is 3k the setting to use because it gets to that so much I don't know if the dots tick at all before u are refreshing for a higher power...is it possible to have a seperate rotation for unholy once you get max stacks of feather/primordius so it does rotation but maintains the dot thats on? I'm not a unholy dk I play frost so if this is just idiocy please feel free to let me know.
