stuff id like to be added, empower rune weapon(when all runes are on cd, and mob has something % health or so, maybe if mob is elite?), rune strike, and blood tap(maybe for activating vampyric blood or, other defensive cds, when no usable runes available).
also blood rotation is bit odd, at times it ends up just waiting and doing a deathcoil while there are plenty of runes available for heart/deathstrike. id suggest a priority based rotation for blood, i donno how it is now but, ff bp up, heartstrike, deathstrike, deathcoil. maybe through in a deathcoil if ur at 100% runic power. thats what i use for raiding anyway, when my rotation gets messed up for whatever reason. also if mob has x health, dont bother with diseases(tho i think it does that now not sure). sometimes it seems to wait for a deathstrike to be available even at 98% health, ff bp is up, and heartstrike is available.
