i have this error:

ok, some of my DB's are working again, but still auth-error for some of them....

/edit: and now disconnected again from auth server....

pls fix this

/edit2: ok, i got a strong suspicion that there are new authentification rules for user with several Keys and static ip??
i also got some keys that have 2 or 6 licence - this keys have been doubled last year, i am sure u remember...

i guess if 1 key produces a error all the other keys belonging to same mail or IP got blacklisted for a while?

still no answer from support...

edit3: sometimes i got the strange bug that the bot is working and ALSO spamming "authentication error" in the logs. and then i get kicked after a while

ok, seriously - i don't want to end like this - waiting weeks to get whitelisted at your auth server....:

cannot switch the IP cause it is static from my cable provider

nevertheless i need a SOLUTION... and i am still waiting for an answer....

i tried fresh install, i checked my windows, my AV, my Firewall, my router...

i changed nothing that could cause such an error...

i am running DB + HB on 2 different machines, both got the stupid "you are not authorized to connect to this server" error. sometimes the bots are running for a short time, but then they stop in the middle of the game and my auth-session is kicked off.



- 2 different machines
- 2 different bots (HB + DB)
- different Keys (all bought legit)

and ALL my sessions are effected by your auth server error....

only my mail and my IP is the same...

i also checked via buddy auth portal...
my keys are fine, but most of the time the sessions which belong to the keys just get kicked by your auth server....

just give me an answer: if there is 1 key of my buddy-auth account affected by an error, does it affect all the other keys too?

the keys were definitely working fine for months - and every bot had his own session 100% working.
3 bots for the 3session key, 2 for the 2session, 1 for the 1 session key... you know...

but since some days it's a complete desaster..


so there is definitely one conclusion - this is caused by your auth server, not from my setup.

ok, finally it's working again...

i found out which of the keys produced the error and mailed it to the support team...

if i run my bots EXCEPT this faulty key, they run fine....
if i add this faulty key i get authentication error, and it also affects other keys belonging to this mail/ip....

anyways... it seems a final solution is near... i just have to check with the support-team what to do with this faulty key i purchased.
