hey,

any experiences on this?
eg. how are u lvling up to 60? is hell enough for gold farming? if so, where? which champs? what else...? etc :)

i may have some pretty neat ideas as well.

I tried a few times, usually if I 100% afk the bot will die to a boss or due to not getting any upgrades.

I found it best to keep an eye on it, assist on bosses and elites until you get to Act 2, then do liutanant runs till 30, buy a wep with socket, chuck a ruby in it and tear through normal and nightmare and maybe some more runs on hell.

I found at level 30 I didnt need to stop and grind until Act 4 hell, by then your 55+ and should look for a level 60 wep with reduced level requirements (My level 53 DH had 18k dps by then). Grind Act 4 for a while even after 60, craft some items buy a good deal until you can easily handle MP1/2 Act 1 before even thinking about botting it.

Hmm, are you sure it is possible? Are you doing mp1 easily? I lost a plenty very good geared chars on act 1 mp1 including 60k dps barb with 80k hp, 1000@res (buffed), 10k armor (buffed), good shield and regen passive. I won't advice anyone to bot on mp1 (and even inferno mp 0), on mp1 every frosen+desecrator+arcane elite is a high risk to loose your char, even exellent geared barb!

Well I meant when you can handle MP1/2 easily, then Bot it on MP0. You need to change the settings so it runs from molten etc on higher HP.

Obviously dont bot what you dont wanna lose.
 
well, nice.

at the moment i am running a monk & wd party with simplefollow (monk=leader ofc), both almost level 50 due to doing regular questing.
i really like the defensive combination of the skills:
monk: Monk - Game Guide - Diablo III
wd: Witch Doctor - Game Guide - Diablo III

both have quiet nice gear, over 900+ mainstat & 900+ vit (~1,5k dps)

-> so far its running pretty neat, but completing nightmare will probably need some more gear + dmg ;)
