Chargeback Problem

i just sold on a forum 1 B ( 2 weeks ago ) , after i received the payment on paypal ( as a gift ) after 5 minutes he claimed Unauthorised Payment , i called paypal and they said the case is review and i had confirmation via phone that the payment was sent as a gift ( from paypal employer) , after 2-3 days i won the Claim ( Paypal said the payment was ok and no unauthorised acces was found ) so i got my money , after 1 week again that guy claimed CHargeback , now the case is in review by paypal , im i going to lose the case? how he can claim chargeback if he already claimed unauthorised and i won... :/ , non us verified paypal , neighter do i ( just verified EU ) ...any1 encounter this shits?
 
Why Didn't You Use Masspay Or Something. Heard You Can't Chargeback With It?
 
yes, i'm pretty sure you will lose this. don't trade virtual items over paypal, they can just chargeback. has happened to me one as well.

yea i read about it...but in my situation is a little different , i already won the Unauthorised Payment claim , :)..tha twhy i was curios if some1 else was in this situation

This people have been doing this shit since 2004 with World of Warcraft.
 
send a copy of the unatherised claim you won in an email to paypal with all the details that he already tried to claim back on another claim for the same item and they should tell him were to go once it is reviewd.

they did it in 2000 with diablo 2. when i ran a d2 store i had to send signature confirmation mail to registered paypal address as proof of physical shipment. sometimes even that did not work tho.

its also the reason why you cant sell digital goods on us ebay anymore. there's pretty much no proof either way and causes lots of problems.
 
The scammer is an amateur if he files anything but an "authorized payment" claim. You can win anything other then that as the seller.

If the claim is "Unauthorized Payment" and he used a poxy, then you're SOL.
 
Hate to tell you but you are screwed. I have extensive experience being screwed by PayPal. He disputed with his credit card, you lose. PayPal will not attempt to defend you.

Might be a stupid question, but i have never used moneybookers so ill go ahead: its not possible to chargeback using moneybookers? That would be nice.. a safe way to trade virtual items.

You can't access PayPal through a prxy without triggering an account lock which requires "Proof of Identity" to unlock it.

Professional buyers just use their credit card company to issue a charge-back. Credit card companies are like the mafia, moneybookers does not get to say no.
