Help me! Trying to run Demonbuddy

Sup guys, I am new and this is the first time I am trying to run demonbuddy...

I think I have everything set up, but when I click "start" dosnt happen anything....

Also I downloded a profile: Act 3

and didnt find where I have to put it to run...

I think just having this problems...
