Ok guys (Nesox) this is URGENT !

Well thanks to the battle.net servers outage (EU) and the fact that i was sitting at my botting computers at the right time i managed to take a glance at a very serious problem. After some of my bots disconnected totally and went to login screen (which is the safe place to be since db cant do anything here, that is unless you are using Yar relloger) some of my bots simply went to character screen and didn't disconnected. What they did was constantly trying to resume game and kept getting the error dialogue msg. The bot stops for 2 seconds, and then tries to make another game and keeps spamming the resume game button.
I didnt allowed this for more than 2 mins to go on as i was not willing to test the waters here. My point here is that we need an urgent implementation of some sort of feature that will keep a count of how many times the bot tried to create game in a given time frame, and if he tried to do that and failed to do so in 1-2 mins interval the bot should completely stop creating additional games. Once again, i am not aware if anything like this is already implemented coz i didn't allowed my bots to create more than 6-10 games , which btw, they continuously failed to do so...

If need be Nesox, here is the log, but i doubt there is anything unusual going on with my settings or w/e... I believe this is a global problem...

Same here, seems very much like a bot fishing method by blizzard. Not sure what the Buddy Team would be able to do against this however except for using the tripwire until blizzard resumes their service

Just taking them down by hand for now :)
 
i think you guys are paranoid
if they ban the last botters standing, they might aswell shut the servers down since its 99.9% of the d3 population
 
Yeah, same here, using YAR as well. I stopped them manually, but this is a good idea. I suggest a counter- if the bot tries to resume a game 3 times in a row and fails, a 15 minute counter kicks in. In 15 minutes it tries again 2 times, if fails a 30 min counter kicks in and then tries 1 more time and if it can't start - the bot turns itself off.
 
A limitation to games/hour would be a nice optional setting anyway, although i believe rixx' quest tools has this in the newer version. I doubt this will work for errors when creating games however.

Might be a nice DemonBuddy setting however.
 
aaaah, all makes sense now, i was wondering why my guy was looping over and over trying to make games, it just seemed to be a super long lag or something, i just stopped it, waiting 10 minutes, and started up again.
I think we are talking about the same thing
 
Even a macro to detect pixel color at the button's coords should remedy this problem. Color stays the same for your specified wait time x 3 then close DB and D3, then try logging in again after a specified time.
 
I cannot stress hard enough how serious this is. I already got my popcorn for tomorrow's ban section spectacle :D
 
one of my bots was trying to create games untill now ...... lets see what gonna happen ;/
 
I wouldn't worry too much about this, this occasionally happens to me when i forget to change the difficulty of my script and no bans so far. Its done it for a few hours a couple times.

Well i guess i went to bed 10 min before D3 went down. Just got up, so this entire time my bots were having a hump party with the login server... i use YAR.
Lets hope when D3 is down they can't detect shit.
 
if you want to catch a person on forums you can pm him

as for the rest stuff i cant see something urgent or something
