What did you do with your profits?

some pc hardware for about 800€, a nice gaming chair, pretty much all xmas gifts that i had to buy, ordered tons of pizzas and some other small things.

I did expect a lot of smart ass trolols, but too obvious everyone ;). All of the troll posts were cute tho.

Was only running 5 in the beggining, now I'm running quite a bit more :). Wish I would've started with a lot more sooner. Just feels like I wasted a lot of time and profit early in lol.
 
Another thing how are you even making that much money cause isn't gold really cheap for diablo? And who do you sell it to? And if you sell it on the real money auction house do you have to have a paypal? Or can you just let it go to your battle.net and keep it there? Also how do gold sell?

This reminded me of an joke (not sure if I'll translate it into English correctly, so accept my apology in advance).

Doctors went to mental hospital to check if state of their patients has changed.
They asked 1st guy if they would give him 1$ what would he buy, he answered that he would buy a house, wife, kids. They noticed he's still insane.
They asked 2nd guy what would he do with 1$, he said he would buy a car, a plane, they just labeled him as "still insane".
Then they asked 3rd guy what would he buy with 1$, he said an chewing gum, they asked him if he's sure, he said he is. They let him go out of hospital, and he said to him self: they have no idea what i'm planning to buy with change :D

You've got a problem if you've been running three bots for a month and only made $160. You need to adjust your loot rules and the routes you run lol.

I have strictly sold on RMAH. I haven't had to go to a 3rd party site on US yet. Of course I use paypal. Why would I let $6000 sit on a useless battle.net account? Finally, gold is really cheap. It doesn't mean there is a profit. Hell, when I started D3 and RMAH launched, gold was selling for a shit ton for a couple months.
 
What I want to know is how many of you donate to profile, and plugin authors? If you use them, that is.

I'm just wondering since you all seem to be doing very well. ;)
 
Early Days of Botting - New RAM, Processor, Gaming Mouse and Head Set. Then I put aside some money to replace those Bots, then obviously to expand furthermore.

Once I had that covered, I took my girlfriend and myself away for a trip, all paid by DB Profit. (And Yes, the Bots were on the entire time I was away, success!)

Now I am purely trying to make money for Car Insurance and an MOT as they'll be coming soon.

Yeah, DB will be paying for another trip out to visit my wife's family in Cali this year lol.

Burr -- Yes, I donate periodically to profile creators. I'd recommend everyone that uses Darkfriend's loot rules to donate for his profile as well. 1) He gets some extra $$ and 2) you get access to his "beta" builds. Meaning you get the most recent prices updates and loot rules.
 
I started pretty late, and had a long learning phase. Before Dez. Banwave I had 12 bots running in shifts (6/6), now its 6x HARDCORE :)

I got myself:
A new gaming rig with 3 monitor eyefinity setup,
trip to Dubai (4 nights),
xmas presents for the girl,
and some other small things that I paid with Paypal
..oh yes and I donated to all those nice map/profile creators
Ciggarc and DF, couldn?t life without their stuff nowadays ;)
 
paid off all living expenses for the past 6 months, and maxed out contributions to TFSA, with a tiny bit left over for luxury goods
