Got my mule banned by accident

Was in the process of recovering from recent bans, using fake names on all my accounts. I figured I needed a mule, so I added a paypal account to one of the fake info accounts, sold a few auctions without problems. Paypal account has been used before but I removed it from the banned account it was attached to. The emails on the accounts do not match. Yesterday it went wrong, auctions got cancelled and account suspended, with AH access banned.

I've been trying to figure out anything about this ban, if it requires any action from me or if it will pass on its own. I ended up sending a ticket because hell, I might as well try to recover the 12b I had on that account.

So what do I do? If they ask me to send ID, I'm fucked. Can the ID be faked? Do they offer alternate options if I do not wish to send ID?

Should my next mule account be under my real name, even though I have an account banned under that name?

I was away for a vacation so the gold just piled up slowly. Didn't have a chance to sell it before this week, and it's been selling so slow I've been gaining faster than I can lose it.

First world problems I guess.

No worries, same thing happened to me 2 days ago.

I just used the livechat and got my account back in 10 minutes no joke.

The GM said the account was suspended because of suspicious activity (email didn't match).

And i did was answered the security question and i got it back immediately. All done via livechat.

Tried the livechat - they told me I had to wait for the ticket to be responded to, that they didn't handle such issues in Livechat. Just my luck, I guess.

u not have to put your real name...as long as u dont attach paypal to it if u do and the names are different = ban
you should be able to unban it

Just got a ticket response asking me to provide:

- Battle.net Account Name: The account name (email address) you are using to login.
- Your Battle.net Secret Answer
- Name: the full name that the account was created with.
- A scan or digital image of nationally recognised photo ID, such as passport or drivers license (please do not include public transport cards, library cards etc, as these are unsuitable for our needs).

So yeah, I'm fucked. Lesson learned, time to move on.

EDIT: Attempted to say that I did not want to send my photo ID due to privacy concerns, was denied. Was worth a try I guess.

Quick update, suspension has been lifted.

I told them I was unable to provide photo ID for a month, so they looked into it and found that I had used someone elses paypal account. All good!

Bolded the important part. I highly recommend against doing anything like this. I am very good at photoshop... but faking / changing an ID is a big no no and I would not even toy with the idea.
